These terms apply to all services offered by zboots.com for the optimization of online shops, particularly in the field of search engine optimization (SEO). The subject matter of the contract includes consulting and implementation of measures to improve product visibility in search engines.
We undertake to provide the agreed SEO services with due care. The customer provides the necessary information and access for the optimization of their online shop. Both parties are obliged to treat business information confidentially.
Our services are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief. We assume no liability for changes in search engine algorithms or resulting ranking changes. The achievement of specific rankings or sales increases is not guaranteed.
Compensation is made according to the agreed service package. Payments are due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. The contract runs for the agreed term and is extended unless terminated in due time. There is no right to a refund if specific targets are not met.
Both parties may terminate the contract in writing with a notice period of one month to the end of the month. In the event of a breach of contract, termination without notice may occur. After the contract ends, all provided access must be blocked immediately.
